We're expanding our global connectivity infrastructure team and seeking a Network Transport Architect to join our Production Infrastructure group. This role focuses on designing, acquiring, and optimizing the low latency, high-capacity networks that power our global trading operations. While primarily focused on our connectivity landscape, you'll collaborate with teams internationally to build mission-critical infrastructure. You'll be responsible for everything from vendor engagement to implementing cutting-edge transport technologies in an environment requiring ultra-low latency, where excellence is the standard. What You'll Do: - Capacity Planning & Acquisition: - Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and other partners to acquire network capacity and circuits (e.g., dark fiber, wavelengths, leased lines) that meet business requirements. - Negotiate contracts and terms with providers to balance cost and operational performance. - Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to recommend suitable options for network expansion or
