This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate actions and dividends professional to join our Financial Operations team in Chicago or New York. You'll join a growing team scaling Jump's Financial Operations function, with a meaningful role in shaping our systems and processes. You'll collaborate broadly across Treasury, Clearing, Finance, Tax, and the trading community - and will be expected to proactively identify tangible opportunities to improve how we operate. This role reports to the Global Head of Financial Operations. What You'll Do: - Build out and maintain lifecycle event processing and associated broker reconciliations. - Investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily and monthly reconciliation processes. - Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and partner with technology teams to design and implement solutions. - Contribute to the ongoing development of Jump's back-office infrastructure, identifying
