Summary/Purpose The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role ensures smooth execution of employee programs, accurate recordkeeping, and timely coordination of HR activities. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Data entry for work reports and other essential data entry. Coordinate monthly birthday meetings, service recognition events, and retirement celebrations. Create and distribute new hire certificates and service recognition certificates. Sort and distribute incoming HR and company mail daily. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date
