Overview Are you ready to shape the future of aviation, to champion and elevate our aircraft manufacturing training programs? In this role, you will standardize and document critical training activities, ensuring our production teams possess the expertise required to build the next generation of air transportation. You will be responsible for preparing technicians for On-the-Job Training (OJT) through hands-on instruction, area-specific skill development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Deliver new-hire onboarding training (e.g., core knowledge training, application/systems training, facility and safety orientation, etc.). Deliver fundamental skills training (e.g., safety cable, torque driver, O-ring installation, IPC620 and IPC610 solder training, etc.).
