Systems Test Engineer (Evening Shift) Marina, CA, US; Santa Cruz, CA, US Company Overview Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized, passionate individual to join our System Testing team. As part of this team, you will perform systems level testing in our Integrated Test Labs during the second shift (3pm to 11pm). The data gathered in our integrated test labs will drive hardware and software design improvements and accelerate the path to production-ready components. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our aircraft meet the rigorous safety and performance standards required for FAA certification, a key milestone in bringing our innovative technology to market. The Joby team is made up of extremely talented, hardworking, proactive, and hands-on individuals, operating in a very fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are looking to expand this team with like-minded individuals eager to leave a mark in the aviation industry.
