At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. Overview Joby Aviation builds internal software tools to support the design, manufacturing, and certification of our aircraft. Our engineers build applications that aggregate and fuse data across varied sources and leverage AI-assisted workflows to enable rigorous and aerospace-safe hardware development with the velocity of a software startup. As a Software Engineering Intern at Joby, you will work alongside a small team of full-stack and data engineers to ship user-facing features in tools used daily across the company. Stakeholders range from design to manufacturing including quality assurance and supply chain. All need those tools to design, certify and manufacture Joby's electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.
