With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview Are you ready to play a crucial role in shaping the future of aviation? Joby is seeking a Router Shop Technician to support our Composite Manufacturing efforts. You will participate in several aspects of the CNC composite trimming production environment. Hands-on experience and a “get it done" attitude are very important. This internship will be in person at our Marina CA location. Shift Schedules below: 1st shift - Monday - Thursday: 7AM- 5:30PM 2nd shift- Monday - Thursday: 5:30PM - 4:00AM 3rd shift -Friday - Sunday: 6AM - 6:30PM Responsibilities Assist machine operators with fixture setups, loading/unloading, and machine cleanup Assist in organizational projects like CNC cutters and shop tools storage and CNC trim fixture inventory and organization Regularly use hand tools, like power drills and torque wrenches, to setup fixtures Regularly operate heavy equipment, like a forklift and crane, to safely move and organize fixtures ranging from 20lb-1200
