With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized, passionate individual to join our quality team as a Quality Assurance Engineer. The position will focus on continued development of the Quality Management System, Quality Assurance requirements, compliance/regulatory auditing, data analytics/KPIs, and/or management of the Joby problem-solving process across all sites and all levels of the organization. The role will support the facilitation of manufacturing, quality, and FAA activities in the development and ongoing approval of Joby's Production Certificate. Responsibilities Internal audit development and auditing, including corrective action. Quality system implementation and continuous improvement. Identify company quality performance and continuous improvement. Creating and evaluating quality key performance indicators. Continuous Improvement communication with internal and external customers. Communication with regulatory bodies (FAA, MIDO, and/or NTSB).
