Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Hand Layup Technician. Our team's motto is: Build Quality Parts On Time. A Hand Layup Technician is at the heart of manufacturing and fabricates parts by precisely cutting, placing, and molding composite materials. Our team ensures proper ply orientation, ply consolidation, and that quality standards are met while reading technical drawings and using hand tools. Additionally, proficiency in performing vacuum bagging and knowledge of curing operations are necessary for this role. Joby Aviation is dedicated to training and developing individuals with potential, and we are looking for apprentices who are eager to learn and grow within our company.
