Since 2009, our team has worked steadily to make this dream a reality. We've designed and tested many generations of prototype aircraft capable of serving in a network of electric air taxis. We're looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service. Overview The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling skills, a strong grasp of finance and accounting principles, and a passion for optimizing systems and processes. This role requires superb analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement. The candidate will support the financial systems and financial analysis for our Go To Market effort and Operations organizations. They will be a key partner to leadership, helping drive data-informed decisions and scalable financial operations. This role is based out of Santa Cruz, CA. Responsibilities Own and build financial systems and tools used for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
