With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting Joby Aviation's operational readiness across our Dayton area facilities. This position is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, supporting production and workplace operations, and ensuring all facilities remain safe, functional, and aligned with Joby's standards. As Joby scales production its footprint, this role is essential in maintaining equipment reliability, responding to facility issues, and supporting the Facilities Manager in executing daily operational tasks. The Technician partners closely with Environmental, Safety, Manufacturing, IT, Compliance, and external service vendors to keep the site running smoothly and efficiently.
