Responsibilities Fabricate complex wire harnesses, troubleshoot intricate electrical systems, and collaborate with Engineering on process improvements Build and self-inspect complex wire harnesses; operate acceptance tests, isolate faults, and perform component-level repairs Contribute to projects and drive efficiency in a production environment Follow and document work via Google/Microsoft Suites and digital instruction platforms Maintain a clean, organized work area while performing all job functions safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards Required High School Diploma/GED and three or more years of experience in harness fabrication
