Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Paralegal to help provide legal services on a variety of corporate and securities matters. Successful candidates will be able to juggle competing priorities and be extremely responsive in a fast-paced environment. A proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen sense of judgment will excel in this role. Responsibilities Drafting minutes, consents, officer certificates, and related basic corporate documents Managing entity formation and maintenance, including state and local filings and business licenses Prepare statutory filings, including director resignations/appointments and change of address Calendar and track statutory compliance obligations Update and maintain organizational charts and prepare periodic reports for internal business teams, ensuring accuracy and timely distributi
