Conformity Inspector (DAR) Marina, CA, US Company Overview Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview As a Conformity Inspector (DAR), we are seeking an individual with DAR-F or DMIR, current or experienced. The individual will perform Conformity inspection for parts and issue airworthiness certificates. Current DMIR designees will need to apply for DAR-F delegation with the Los Angeles Certificate Management Section as soon as possible. This role will involve close collaboration with Quality Engineering, Joby Certification team, DERs, and the LA-CMS office. The Joby Aviation team is made up of extremely talented, hardworking, proactive, and hands-on individuals, operating in a very fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will contribute by supporting our type certification and production certification for Joby who is bringing new and novel products and processes to the industry and changing the future of transportation.
