Conformity Coordinator Lead Santa Cruz, CA, US Company Overview Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Conformity Coordinator Lead to join our Airworthiness Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Airworthiness Team in ensuring the compliance aspects of the aircraft are completed, contributing to the overall airworthiness of our fleet. This position will work hand in hand with multi-disciplinary teams, including manufacturing and quality, to assure the aircraft meets the standards required for conformity and maintain configuration during the aircraft's build and flight testing. Responsibilities The Conformity Coordinator Lead will focus primarily on assuring the aircraft achieves its airworthiness expectations, aircraft configuration control, and maintaining conformity.
