Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Composite Trim Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming and finishing composite parts to meet specified requirements and quality standards. Your expertise in composite materials and precision trimming techniques will play a crucial role in ensuring the final quality sign off and fit of the composite components. Aviation is dedicated to training and developing individuals with potential, and we are looking for apprentices who are eager to learn and grow within our company. Shift Schedules below: 1st shift - Monday - Thursday: 7AM- 5:30PM 2nd shift- Monday - Thursday: 5:30PM - 4:00AM 3rd shift -Friday - Sunday: 6AM - 6:30PM Responsibilities Trim excess material from composite parts using various tools such as routers, sanders, and saws.
