With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Layup Scheduling Specialist. This role will manage the production control board in the composite shop to ensure smooth execution of build plans on the floor. The position requires someone with higher-level critical thinking skills to quickly adapt to a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment. A high-level understanding of the composite layup process is necessary to maintain the schedule board. At times this role will require complex decision-making involving schedules, support teams, environment, and physical assets. This role enables composite hand layup technicians to focus exclusively on lamination workmanship, supporting takt time and part quality.
