NPI Manager Canonsburg, PA, US Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an NPI Manager to join the Starline Team . In this role, you will help bring innovative products to market by guiding them from development into manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure products are launched successfully and meet customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, building strong relationships, and solving complex challenges. You will play an important role in improving how new products are introduced across global operations. What Will You Do? Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and support new product launches Support, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones Collaborate with engineering to support designs that are manufacturable, scalable, and cost-effective Support manufacturing readiness through pilot builds, process validation, and training Identify risks early and work with teams to develop effective solutions Partner with suppliers and procurement to help ensure material readiness Track and communicate progress using key metrics such as quality, cost, and schedule Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and team effectiveness Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or r
