The Position We are looking for a Remote Vetting Coordinator to support our candidate verification process in the UK market. This role will be responsible for conducting video calls with candidates to perform identity (impostor) checks and assess compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery-related questions, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance Responsibilities - Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification. - Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questions during candidate interviews. - Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments. - Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations. - Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour / day / week) while maintaining high quality standards. - Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes. - Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate checks. - Work independently in a fully remote environment. A successful candidate will have - Proven experience in UK recruitment, specifically in vetting checks and right-to-work verification. - Strong understanding of UK compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery regulations. - High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, and AI-based tools. - Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets. - Strong attention to detail
