Strategy Summer Intern Atlanta, GA STRATEGY INTERN - Summer 2026 Internship REPORTING TO: Senior Strategist LOCATION: Atlanta Hi, we're Iris! We're a creative, strategy and innovation company that uses the power of participation to excite progress for businesses. We are looking for for likeminded, progressive individuals. We're for brands and businesses who realize that maintaining the status quo is a dangerous thing to do. As a Strategy Intern, you will be working alongside our team helping do research, craft briefs, and analyze cultural trends. Throughout the internship program you will work alongside our team and experience full immersion into the day-to-day of agency life, from developing briefs, attending brainstorms, research, reviewing creative work, and actively assisting with client projects and presentations. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who gets excited about identifying opportunities and bringing them to fruition. Desired Skills/Experience - Loves all things culture, latest trends, figuring out the who and the why behind the what. etc. - Pursuing or just graduated with a degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant field. - Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. - Great attention to detail. - Enjoys solving problems, brainstorming solutions, and developing a strategic approach to executing a plan - Can toggle between analytical and creative mindsets - Enjoys working in a collaborative environment (within your own team, with various clients, and with other internal teams at Iris) About Our Internship Program: This is NOT a coffee-run and making copies internship!
