Overview Iovance Biotherapeutics is a commercial-stage cell therapy company focused on developing life-saving cancer immunotherapies. We are building an internal AI Strategy & Operations function to drive measurable cost savings and operational efficiency across every department in the company. We are hiring an AI Full-Stack Product Engineer to build the first generation of internal AI-enabled tools at Iovance. This is a hands-on full-stack JavaScript engineering role for someone who uses AI-assisted development to ship faster without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability. You will design, build, and deploy micro-applications and workflow automations that solve real business problems. You will work directly with stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D to turn validated use cases into tools people use every day.
