This critical, client facing role requires a seasoned professional for the following tasks: - Review and validate estate documentation including death certificates, letters of testamentary, probate documents, and executor authorizations. - Coordinate the transfer or liquidation of securities, options, futures, and other financial instruments held in deceased accounts. - Ensure proper handling of outstanding trades, margin positions, and corporate actions for deceased accounts. - Liaise with legal counsel and compliance teams on complex or high-value estate matters.
