This is a high-octane, sleeves-rolled-up role for someone who thrives on building from scratch. You will be incredibly hands-on, working directly with Operations Leadership to execute on highly ambiguous, high-impact growth projects. Your goal: parachute into ground-zero initiatives - whether that's standing up a brand new category, piloting a new operational model, or spearheading a strategic launch - hack together the initial supply and demand, and do absolutely whatever it takes to ignite the marketplace flywheel. What You'll Do - Build the Playbook: Take new initiatives from 0 to 1.
