To meet the demands of our high growth business, we are looking for talented Principal Consultant to drive new opportunities with our clients and lead our client engagements. What you do at Inspire11: - Partner with clients to identify and understand business challenges helping them to craft solutions that have clearly defined top line and bottom-line impact. - Craft and present proposals based on identified solutions as well as write Statements of Work to execute with clients. - Own client relationships with senior executives enabling the success of our team and the projects that we are delivering. - Serve our consultants as a coach and mentor through delivery and business development efforts. - Lead and oversee overall delivery quality, assessing risk, and driving overall project execution end-to-end. - Guide consultants through all phases of project delivery including: requirements gathering,
