About the role As a Staff Engineer, you'll own a large surface area of the product, both by being a product and system architect that's helpful to others on the team, as well as being a core individual contributor. You'll have significant ownership over how thousands of developers build AI agents, from API design to SDK ergonomics to the abstractions that make agentic systems easy to build.
