About the role We are looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will work closely with the Business and Marketing teams to shape compelling narratives for press releases and drive impactful media outreach. You will be the lead for our media and communications strategy to grow Injective's visibility across crypto and mainstream channels. This will involve developing narratives, securing consistent coverage, and leveraging digital PR to strengthen brand authority and search impact. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute media strategies and press materials aligned with company goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with crypto, tech, and finance journalists and influencers. - Proactively secure press placements across publications, podcasts, and newsletters. - Manage the press inbox, briefing materials, and media prep for leadership. - Partner with SEO and content teams to amplify coverage and track digital impact. - Coordinate with design and social teams to promote earned media. Job requirements: - Based in or able to work from New York City. - 4-6 years of PR experience in tech or finance, with at least 1 year in crypto. - Proven track record of media placements and strong
