Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the FP&A function and play an important role in shaping the company's financial strategy. This is a high-impact position for a strategic thinker who is not afraid to "roll up their sleeves." You will be the bridge between financial data and executive strategy, ensuring our plans and investments are both strategic and sustainable. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, delivering clear, data-driven insights to the CFO and the Board.
