The Role The Onsite Manager oversees day-to-day operations for the temporary workforce at the client site, ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and client partners. This role manages workforce onboarding, attendance, performance, and compliance throughout the shift lifecycle. Acting as the primary onsite point of contact, the Onsite Manager leads and supports a team of leads or representatives, ensures fulfillment goals are met, and partners closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and client staff to drive operational excellence. Working Hours: 7AM - 4PM Wednesday through Saturday. The role demands scheduling flexibility and adaptability to a rotating or variable shift.
