We're hiring for a venture building a next-generation blockchain for real-time, large-scale applications, designed to overcome the speed and cost limitations of traditional blockchain infrastructure, the technology is fast, cost-efficient and fully EVM-compatible, enabling developers, creators and communities to build immersive products with greater ownership and interoperability. About the Role We're hiring a Software Engineer to turn ideas into working demos and prototypes that show developers what's possible. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, experimenting and shipping quickly. You'll take concepts across DeFi, trading systems and agentic workflows, and turn them into demos, prototypes and technical content that bring the technology to life and inspire developers to start building. You don't need to be an expert in every area listed. We're looking for someone with good Web3 engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and a bias toward shipping useful work. What you'll be doing You'll create the demos, prototypes and technical content that help developers and partners see what can be built. - Build demo dApps, from real-time trading interfaces and onchain games to agent-powered applications - Build trading bot demos that explore onchain order books, execution quality and new interaction models. - Prototype agentic applications, such as autonomous agents coordinating onchain, prediction market resolvers and agent-to-agent workflows. - Keep an eye on ecosystem trends and help turn promising ideas into demos - Work
