About this role

Principal Scientist, ADC Technologies Bothell, Washington, United States Company Overview Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. Position Overview Immunome is seeking a talented and passionate cancer biologist with experience developing and championing novel therapeutic concepts in a fast-paced scientifically rigorous environment. The person in this position will be challenged to leverage their deep understanding of cancer biology, drug resistance mechanisms, and pharmacology to engineer the next generation of ADC therapeutics. In partnership with cross-functional teams across the company, they will lead the discovery, optimization, and nomination of new drug candidates for clinical development. Responsibilities - Apply extensive knowledge of oncology and ADC pharmacology to formulate new therapeutic concepts and guide their development. - Lead preclinical discovery efforts for novel ADC technologies from linker payload discovery through target selection, therapeutic design, in vitro and in vivo characterization, optimization, candidate nomination, and IND-enabling studies. - Ensure seamless cross-functional integration with colleagues in antibody discovery, chemistry, translational sciences, program management, CMC, and clinical
