Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced FX Options Trader to join our dynamic trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, and generating profitable opportunities in the FX options market. This role requires a deep understanding of options pricing models, market dynamics, and trading strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Trade Execution: Execute trades in FX options across major currency pairs, adhering to trading strategies and risk parameters. - Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, volatility patterns, and macroeconomic factors to identify trading opportunities and risks. - Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk exposure, including delta, gamma, vega, and theta risks, to optimize trading performance and ensure compliance with risk limits. - Strategy Development: Develop and implement proprietary trading strategies to capitalize on market inefficiencies and generate alpha.
