RPA Developer 1 United States of America - Remote / Home Office Job Summary: The RPA Developer I is responsible for the development and administration of solutions for managed RPA environments. The RPA developer will partner with various teams to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed. RPA developers should also have an understanding of API design, including principles of REST, JSON and OAuth and be comfortable working with databases and web technologies. Job Expectations: - Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath that focus on identity and user access control processes. - Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio - Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third-party software - Monitor bots post-deployment, and proactively fixes bugs - Open to learning new automations and technical tools - Directing meetings and workshops with other business units to gather requirements and design solutions. - Documenting process workflows, creating technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project. - Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, including data security and privacy regulations - Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation - The duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position.
