Director of UX Design United States of America - Remote / Home Office Job Summary: The Director of UX will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall user experience vision at iHerb. This leader will build and scale a high-performing UX design team, partner with product, CX and cross functional stakeholders, and champion customer-first design across all digital touchpoints. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on design leadership, with a focus on delivering intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences for millions of global customers. Job Expectations: Leadership & Strategy - Define and drive the long-term UX vision and strategy for iHerb's web and mobile platforms. - Oversee the end-to end user experience on our global website for all platforms (desktop, mobile web and app) - Build, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, researchers, and design managers. - Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design practices across the organization. - Help to build a strong design culture within the organization - Get hands-on with projects when necessary to drive projects forward Collaboration & Execution - Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, CX and Marketing to align on goals, priorities, and execution. - Translate business objectives into customer-centric design solutions that drive growth and retention. - Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. - Oversee adoption of design software, tools, and workflows to maximize team efficiency and collaboration. Innovation & Customer Experience - Use research, data, and insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve usability.
