MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Develop marketing strategies and plans that deliver on P&L commitments. • Lead innovative digital strategies and plans including search, iMedia, eCommerce, social, influencer program, website, etc. • Conduct business analyses to evaluate in-market performance, competitive landscape, and identify key distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotion opportunities. • Lead key initiatives from concept to in-market including identifying the optimal consumer proposition, launch
