Who we're looking for: We are looking for a colleague to join a well-established public policy practice within ICF that provides evaluation, impact assessment and research services to the European Commission, in particular on home affairs for DG HOME, but also other Commission DGs and other European bodies. We are looking for experienced policy research professional to lead our work in this area. This will be an appointment that brings autonomy, responsibility, and an opportunity to help shape ICF's work and impact in this important area of EU policy, and to grow our research and evaluation capability. The successful candidate will have a background in one or more of the following policy areas: Management of EU external borders Police cooperation and access to information Fight against organised crime, financial crime, and cybercrime Large-scale IT systems with a focus on biometrics used at a large scale Information security The successful candidate will have experience in leading or managing evaluations and impact assessments.
