In this role, you'll ensure compliance with program standards and provides actionable recommendations to reduce energy consumption and enjoy a field-based, independent, and work schedule that allows you to experience something new every day! What you will be doing: Perform on-site energy audits using diagnostic tools such as blower doors, infrared cameras, and combustion analyzers. Inspect insulation, HVAC systems, lighting, and appliances for efficiency and safety. Collect and analyze utility data to determine baseline energy usage. Prepare detailed audit reports and work orders for contractors with recommendations for energy-saving measures and estimated cost-benefit analysis. Educate homeowners and property managers on energy efficiency practices and available incentives. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy codes and program guidelines.
