Product Marketing - Analyst / Associate Salt Lake City, Utah, United States About the Role iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate to support the Product Marketing function across iCapital's investment products and technology platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to messaging, sales enablement, product launches, and go to market execution in a regulated financial services environment. This individual will focus on maintaining and executing core product marketing deliverables. This role will work closely with senior product marketers and cross-functional partners to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and consistently positioned. Responsibilities - Support the development, maintenance, and updating of product marketing collateral, including fact cards, presentations, fund tiles, FAQs, and product updates, using established messaging and positioning frameworks. - Ensure consistent and accurate use of approved language across client facing and sales enablement materials, in line with brand, regulatory, and compliance standards. - Own version control and organization of approved marketing materials, ensuring teams have access to current, ready-to-use assets. - Partner with the Product, Investments, and Performance teams to gather inputs for routine updates and translate them into clear, execution ready materials. - Support the compliance review and approval process by coordinating submissions, tracking feedback, and managing final approvals and archival. - Assist with sales enablement execution, including preparation of pitch decks, product overviews, competitive comparisons, and internal training materials. - Support product launches and ongoing product readiness by helping prepare launch communications, user guides, platform overviews, and internal enablement resources. - Contribute to campaign and communication
