Business Operations, Asset/Marketing Manager - Assistant Vice President / Vice President Zurich, Switzerland About the Role We are seeking an AVP / VP - Business Operations & Asset Manager Marketing Manager (International) to join our International Marketing & Communications team, based in Zurich or London and reporting directly to the Head of International Marketing & Communications. This is a dual‑mandate role combining business operations of the international marketing team with Asset Manager (GP) marketing and partnership responsibility. This person will own the operating mode and support the delivery of International Marketing (plans, prioritization, KPIs) while partnering with Asset Manager Solutions to translate GP priorities into campaigns and event/conference programs that support fundraising. Operating mode: The role operates at the intersection of international marketing execution, asset manager solutions, and regional coordination. It requires a strong understanding of GP priorities, fundraising objectives, and distribution challenges, particularly as GPs target the global wealth channel. The successful candidate will translate GP needs into clear, executable marketing initiatives and operational action plans, while also supporting fundraising for iCapital's proprietary, GP‑sponsored events and shaping compelling agendas for iCapital's flagship conferences. A strong emphasis is placed on supporting the build‑out and execution of regional marketing plans, ensuring alignment between global strategy, regional priorities, and operational delivery.
