Support end-to-end multi-country payroll for a financial services firm, partnering with HR, Finance/Treasury, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, on-time payroll delivery-including funding, statutory taxes, and employee support . Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end payroll for multiple jurisdictions (inputs, validations, processing, reconciliations, reporting). Coordinate payroll funding with Finance/Treasury (gross-to-net, funding instructions, deadlines). Support tax and statutory compliance (withholding, social insurance, filings support, year-end activities). Manage/coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and resolve issues. Deliver excellent employee payroll support (responsive, clear, confidential). Maintain payroll data quality and documentation; contribute to process improvements.
