Job Function: Maintain and check on the accuracy of monitoring equipment and performance data compiled for the elements comprising the bulk electricity system. Perform and be responsible for the coding of operations on the power system in Transmission Outage Data System (TODS) and be able to perform simple analysis on protection operations in support of this function and the Naturally Occurring Event Analysis (NOEA) function. Assist in the preparation of reports on all bulk power system element outages. Assist in the development and production of forms and procedures for reporting and recording data. Assist in the development and modification of computer programs for processing statistical data and with special studies involving stored information and retrieval.
