This role provides technical leadership for the structural design of transmission stations and related facilities by driving high-quality engineering solutions, design consistency, and adherence to standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing structural and civil designs, engineering calculations, specifications, and documentation; supporting constructability and coordination across project phases; and ensuring alignment with design intent, safety requirements, and organizational standards. The role also supports engineering governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement by leading peer reviews, contributing to the development of standards and tools, and identifying opportunities to enhance engineering practices.
