About the role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle - from keeping our systems organized and our employer brand sharp, to crafting candidate and hiring manager communications and building out talent pipelines. This is a great opportunity for someone curious about talent acquisition, people operations, HR tech, and the craft of hiring. What you'll do ATS Governance (Greenhouse) • Audit and clean up job requisitions, candidate stages, and pipeline data in Greenhouse • Ensure candidate records are accurate, consistently tagged, and up to date • Build and maintain scorecards, job templates, and offer letter templates • Generate reports and pull recruiting metrics to support weekly team updates Talent Branding • Update and maintain our careers landing pages and job descriptions for accuracy and brand consistency • Collaborate with
