Roles & Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities you should expect include: - Lead all on-site construction activities from ground break through execution - Direct and oversee daily field operations for assigned projects or work areas - Own schedule execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery across multiple trades - Develop and maintain short-interval plans and weekly look-ahead schedules in coordination with the Construction Manager - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity - Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities, power, and telecom systems - Partner with engineering, design, and QA/QC teams to resolve field issues in real time - Identify field conflicts, constructability issues, or potential delays and proactively communicate solutions to the Construction Manager - Enforce strict safety standards, ensuring full OSHA compliance across all site operations - Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning sessions -
