ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for a new data center build, owning day-to-day site operations across complex, utility-intensive infrastructure and vertical construction. This role is responsible for driving schedule , coordinating trades, and ensuring disciplined execution in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following: - Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through commissioning - Own schedule execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery across multiple trades - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity - Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities, power, and telecom systems - Partner with engineering, design, and inspection teams to resolve field issues in real time - Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all site operations - Manage daily reporting, production tracking, and progress against schedule - Ensure quality control, inspections, and
