ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Asset Management oversees the strategic direction and financial performance of our energy infrastructure and data center portfolio. This is a senior leadership position focused on maximizing the value of our physical assets through capital allocation, operational & contractual optimization, and long-term investment strategy. You will manage the entire asset lifecycle, from once an asset is commercialized to overseeing major reinvestment projects. A key part of the role involves managing complex commercial obligations-specifically Utility Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and Real Estate Contracts-to ensure we are capturing the best economic outcomes. You will serve as the primary bridge between our technical operations, contractual partners, and corporate finance, translating infrastructure performance into clear financial results (or expectations) for the executive team.
