About the Role Hut 8 is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Compliance Administrator to help build and scale the operational infrastructure supporting the company's compliance and corporate governance functions. This role will serve as a key operational partner to the Legal team, helping manage the administrative and process-driven components of a growing public company compliance program across a rapidly evolving energy and digital infrastructure platform. Working closely with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, and other business teams, you will help operationalize and maintain core compliance processes, including policy governance, training and certification programs, whistleblower reporting workflows, subsidiary and corporate record management, and compliance tracking systems. This role is highly execution-oriented and best suited for someone who enjoys building process discipline, driving follow-through across teams, and creating organizational structure in fast-moving environments.
