This role provides the essential drafting, diligence and legal oversight required for the execution of the company's energy and related infrastructure strategy. You will be responsible for the negotiation of power-related agreements for the Company's growing energy infrastructure platform. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of how energy regulatory frameworks and utility timelines dictate project viability. You will be responsible for structuring power supply arrangements and managing the legal risks associated with generation, interconnection and transmission capacity; including drafting and negotiating energy service agreements, power purchase agreements, retail service agreements, interconnection and other utility infrastructure agreements. You will be responsible for conducting due diligence related to power availability in connection with potential acquisitions of powered land and related infrastructure assets. Success in this role depends on your ability to align energy obligations with construction schedules, financing covenants, and customer commitments. About You - Energy
