ABOUT THE ROLE Hut 8 is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Director, Preconstruction to lead preconstruction execution for one or more active data center developments in our portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Data Center Development, this individual will serve as the connective tissue between design, finance, procurement, and construction - ensuring that every project in their scope is budgeted, scheduled, and prepared for flawless execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role that blends technical expertise, financial acumen, and construction readiness. You will own the front-end preparation of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects within your scope, ensuring they are commercially sound, logistically feasible, and strategically positioned for seamless transition into construction. You are expected to be in the details every week and to be the accountable owner for the projects you run.
