ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a commercial and strategic Director to join our team and help shape Hut 8's capital allocation, growth strategy, and infrastructure expansion. Working closely with our executive leadership team, you will lead high-priority corporate initiatives, including M&A, financings, and joint ventures across our digital infrastructure and energy business. The ideal candidate is a dealmaker coming out of Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, or Corporate Development from leading computing infrastructure and power and energy companies. We need a leader who can own the M&A process end-to-end-meaning you know how to source the opportunity, design the commercial structure, and determine how to finance the deal. This role offers regular exposure to our executive team, requiring someone who can comfortably translate complex financial decisions into clear business strategy.
