ABOUT THE ROLE Hut 8 is seeking an execution-focused Director of Construction to own the delivery of one of our large-scale data center builds end-to-end. You will be the accountable owner of your build-from groundbreaking through commissioning-responsible for schedule, budget, safety, quality, and the commercial relationship with the prime contractor. The buck stops with you on your project. You will be the owner in the driver's seat, accountable for execution excellence across large-scale sites, managing both the strategy and the details of construction delivery. This role requires a proven track record in building mission-critical facilities, strong vendor and contractor management experience, and the ability to scale high-performing teams.
